Our products are digital goods: downloadable Dolibarr modules delivered with a licence key, plus a software updates & support subscription. There is nothing to ship or physically return.
Right of withdrawal
For digital content supplied immediately by download, the law lets us ask you to waive the 14-day withdrawal right. By downloading the module and/or activating your licence key you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download or activation has begun. Most of our customers are professionals (auto-entrepreneurs, businesses), for whom the consumer withdrawal right does not apply.
Refunds
Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned:
- We generally do not refund a module once the key has been issued or the file downloaded.
- We will fix the problem or, failing that, refund you, if the module does not work as described on a supported, up-to-date Dolibarr and you contact us within [14] days of purchase with the information needed to reproduce the issue.
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous orders are refunded on request.
Requests: email contact@pichinov.fr with your order number and a description. We aim to reply within [5] business days.
Subscription & renewals
Your purchase includes a perpetual licence to use the module plus 12 months of updates and support. After that period the module keeps working — only updates and support stop until you renew. A renewal extends your updates period (it is not a new purchase) and is not refundable once the period has started. You may choose not to renew at any time.
Legal guarantees
