PICHINOV (“we”) is the controller of the personal data processed through this website and the software modules it sells. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

1. Data we collect
- Browsing the site: IP address, browser/device data, cookies (see §6) — for security and audience statistics.
- Account & orders: name, email, billing address, company name, and the details needed to process your order and issue an invoice. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
- Your subscription: the module purchased, the licence key issued, the start and renewal dates.
- Licence telemetry (when you use a purchased module). To activate your licence, deliver signed updates, provide support and detect unlicensed copies, the module sends to our Licence Manager — at most once a day and on activation — the following technical signals only: the module name and version, a technical installation identifier and the host/domain name of your Dolibarr, your licence key, and a hashed (irreversible, salted) form of the calling IP address. We never collect your business data (your invoices, declarations, customers, etc.).
2. Purposes & legal bases
- Deliver the products, licences and updates you buy — performance of a contract.
- Invoicing and accounting/tax obligations — legal obligation (invoices kept 10 years in France).
- Fraud prevention and detection of unlicensed copies, securing our services — legitimate interest.
- Audience statistics / improving the site — consent (cookies) or legitimate interest.
- Service messages (order, licence, renewal, support) — contract; marketing emails only with your consent.
3. Retention
Account & order data: duration of the relationship, then archived for the legal accounting period. Licence & telemetry data: life of the licence plus a limited anti-fraud/support period, then deleted or anonymised. Cookies: see §6.
4. Recipients / sub-processors
We share data only with providers acting on our instructions: Kinsta / Google Cloud (site & shop hosting, EU), OVH (Licence Manager hosting, France), our payment provider (payments), and GitHub (stores our software releases — it receives no customer personal data; only our own server fetches updates). We do not sell your data.
5. International transfers
Our providers are in the EU or apply appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) for any transfer outside the EU.
6. Cookies
Cookies strictly necessary for the shop, cart and account are always active; statistics cookies are used only with your consent. Manage them via the cookie banner and your browser.
7. Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to your data, and withdraw consent at any time — email contact@pichinov.fr. You may also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
